Joseph is responsible for coordinating, developing, and leading the day-to-day operations and
multifaceted services provided by DS Facilities Group.
He has worked with reputable property management companies and service providers, including Carter & Associates, CBRE, Colliers International, and EMCOR Group, among others. He has 25 years of experience in the property maintenance and management field, as well as in the professional fields of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
A Georgia native, Joe loves music and is a musician at heart.

Lara has taken the helm of DS Facilities Group’s property management division after more than 25 years of proven success as an innovative commercial real estate broker and senior leasing executive for Fortune 500 commercial management companies in Florida and Georgia. Her team is client-centric with business acumen for maximizing client profitability and efficiency while navigating evolving market conditions.
Her spare time is spent gardening, hiking, enjoying playdates with her grandchildren and traveling the world with her husband.
